[postgis-devel] GeoJson patch

Hi,

Few improves on GeoJson output:
- Update to final 1.0 GeoJson specification
- St_AsGeoJson unit tests (Paul advices)
- Memory management improvement
- Fix documentation typo

Two patches provided, one against current svn trunk (r2838), the other
against 1.3 svn branch
