[postgis-devel] postgis, postgis-raster: ready ?

As master switched to version 3.0, are you ok with me
merging my branch splitting postgis-raster from postgis ?

Upon upgrade, extension users will be left with raster
support unpackaged and they would be able to either
re-package (CREATE EXTENSION postgis_raster FROM unpackaged)
or drop (\i uninstall_rtpostgis.sql)
