[postgis-devel] PSC Vote: PostGIS 3.1.4 / 3.0. 4 planned release around 3.2.0alpha1 time

We have quite a few crasher fixes and other annoyances slated for PostGIS
3.1 and 3.0.  
For 2.5 and 2.4, I don't think there is enough to warrant a release until we
do the official release of 3.2.0 at which point we'll EOL 2.4 as well.

Is everyone okay with releasing , 3.0.4 , 3.1.4 around the time of
3.2.0alpha1?
Of course I volunteer to do the release unless someone else wants to.
