[postgis-devel] Drop "master" branch ?

And I'll even give a +1 to getting rid of master.

But until then it's still a -1 from me and NO no changing until our dev
meeting :)

At the moment looks like only Aug 20th works for everyone kinda.  I may need
to add more dates.
