>  a patch release,

Hi Regina,

I recently needed to upgrade to Alpine3.18 [1] (
https://github.com/postgis/docker-postgis/pull/343 ),
and the current version of Postgis (3.3.2) with the default PROJ 9.2 did
not pass the regression test.
Because of this, I had to install some additional PROJ data [2].
The problem is documented ( https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/5316 ),
but it seems there's no solution yet.
It might be helpful to warn users about this issue in the changeset.

It's also worth mentioning that PostgreSQL still doesn't work with LLVM 16;
[3]
this issue sometimes only becomes apparent during the PostGIS regression
test [4] or when running the application.
Based on my experience so far, due to its fast update cycles,
Alpine behaves like a 'canary in the coal mine' - revealing problems early
on.

Regards,
  Imre
