[postgis-users] PATCH: TestServer.java

The attached patch fixes the TestServer java example.
I got an SQL Exeption on running the final query.
It allows also to run the example if the table jdbc_test
is not existing.

In addition some hints on how to build the java examples have
been added to jdbc/README
