[postgis-users] proj parameters from srtext?

Is there a standard procedure find out the proj4text values
from the srtext descriptions in the accompained spatial_ref_sys.sql?

Or will future revision of postgis' spatial_ref_sys.sql
contain the projections that proj can handle?

I assume there is no good tables for this
otherwise somebody would already have filled it. :)
