[postgis-users] VPF import?

Any suggestions/recommendations about a possible method for importing 
VPF data into PostGIS?

According to 
http://gdal.velocet.ca/projects/opengis/ogrhtml/ogr_formats.html 
GDAL/OGR does not support this format.  Looks like no support in GRASS 
either.
