Hi again,

I think I've the answer to my own question !!

SR_ID is an index in The SPATIAL_REF_SYS Table . correct ?

The documentation indicates than only 2 arguments are necessary for
shp2pgsql
although, it seems not to work ... 4 seems to be required.
