You are correct.  I think the issue with the documentation is that it
refers to the original version of the converter, which has since
changed.  Someone feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

SR_ID is an index in The SPATIAL_REF_SYS Table . correct ?=20


The documentation indicates than only 2 arguments are necessary for
shp2pgsql=20
although, it seems not to work ... 4 seems to be required.=20
