Jan, that is as good an explanation of advanced mapserver usage as I 
have seen, thanks for doing it!

One of the things I would like to add to the next documentation revision 
is a section on advanced mapserver usage. Some ideas on topics would be 
good. Chris, I know you have also got some very deep examples of 
mapserver/postgis tricks and tips up your sleeve (working with Dave 
helps, of course).
