[postgis-users] PgSQL 7.4

We did a quick test this afternoon in compiling PostGIS against the 
upcoming 7.4 version. Not many problems, just a few around the index 
selectivity. We are going to modularize that support a bit more and add 
in the hooks for 7.4 index selectivity calculations. Once it was 
compiled, we ran some index tests and predicate tests, and everything 
worked fine.

Next up, testing on win32...
