Thanks that's the first LBO, any insight on the second Element LBO which
houses the actual text?  I guess its an ESRI Elment Object within it
containing a Text Symbol?

Apparently it is the same format as shape files use, so start w/ the
Shape file specification and work from there. Should be pretty easy.
