[postgis-users] Win32 Tech Preview: PostgreSQL 8.2/PostGIS 1.2.1/GEOS 3rc4 installer available

Hi folks,

I have just uploaded a beta PostGIS installer for PostgreSQL 8.2 with
PostGIS 1.2.1 and GEOS 3rc4 as a "technology preview", primarily for
developers interested in testing their application code with the latest
version of GEOS.

While this installer is not officially supported, I hope that firstly it
will enable people who were experiencing issues with GEOS 2.2.3 to
determine whether or not GEOS 3 will correct them, and secondly increase
the visibility of GEOS 3 so that it undergoes extra testing before the
final release.
