[postgis-users] shp2pgsql not working in postgis 1.3.2

I am trying to load a shapefile into postgis 1.3.2 (postgresql 8.3.1) using
shp2pgsql on Windows XP and nothing happens, but when using using postgis
1.2.1  (postgresql 8.2) I am able to load the shapefile.  Is there something
wrong with the latest postgis/postgresql
