Hi, David,

A good point.

Are there any alternatives?  For instance, buffering all with a very small
amount, so as to ensure all are polygons?  Is that feasible?

Can we cast a point into a polygon?

Alternatively, can we store results in a list or an array of mixed points,
so that these can be used.
