[postgis-users] Topology and grade separation.

Situation

We have two pipes one that crosses a bridge and another that goes 
underneath it.

They are separated in height by the bridge.

I could run up a quick test but does PostGIS topology have a mechanism 
for handling this situation? How does it handle linestrings defined as XYZ?
